The billing systems we use have been designed and built specifically to support converged voice and data services enabling us to deliver a single monthly bill to our customers. This shows all of your fixed, mobile and internet voice and data services on a clear yet detailed invoice.

Paper and electronic bills
You can choose how you want to receive their monthly invoice. The most popular option is to receive the invoice and invoice summary in paper format and then to receive the variety of summary breakdowns (see below), including itemisation, in PDF format via email.

Choice of summary breakdowns
In addition to your invoice and invoice summary, you can opt for various Cost Centre Summaries, User Summaries and User Detail reports showing itemised breakdowns of calls.

These summaries enable you to 'drill down' into the detail and see exactly how and where calls are being made. We can arrange to have these sent to a variety of different contacts within an organisation.

Range of management reports
All our standard invoice summaries include 'monitored usage' reports which allow telecoms buyers to keep an eye on the level of calls being made outside of parameters they set up-front with us. For example, it is possible to see at a glance how many calls are made over a certain price limit or how many calls last longer than a set duration or even what proportion of calls are made outside of a company's standard business operating hours.

This puts buyers in full control of their communication spend, enabling them to take action to ensure that their budget is being spent appropriately.

Other management reports are available at no extra charge.

OAM
There may be times when you needs to change something on your account or check calls made from a particular number. If you prefer, you can do this yourselve at any time using Timico's Online Account Management (OAM) system, which is linked directly to there billing platform.
The system allows you to:
  • check your account details
  • view your historic invoices, summary reports and itemisation
  • check your payment history
  • contact us online
The service is free to use and accessible at any time from a PC with internet access. To sign up for OAM, customers should contact their dedicated customer service team for a user name and secure password.
